Description:

The vegetated roof insulates the building against temperature extremes and reduces runoff by retaining 5,000 gallons of water during a 24-hour period. The bioremediation ponds clean stormwater before it enters the bay. The entire six-acre site captures 160,000 gallons in a 1-inch rain event, diverting approximately 5.7 million gallons of water.
